How It Works

Step 1: Outside-in + inside-out signals
We start with an outside-in view: product footprint, shipping cadence, hiring patterns, tech signals and other public traces. On top of that, we add a lightweight inside-out input from founders and your team to fill the blind spots.

Step 2: Stage-specific OSI scoring
All signals are mapped into our Operational Signal Framework across four dimensions – organisation, technology, execution and market – and turned into a stage-specific Operational Signal Index (OSI) for each company.

Step 3: Continuous DD cycles
Instead of a one-time DD report, we re-run the signal set in recurring cycles (OSI₀, OSI₁, OSI₂, …). External data and selected check-ins keep the view current, so you see how each configuration evolves over time.
